This is pretty much a no-brainer.

If you’re downing two cups of coffee or glugging down a Redbull before bed, it’s pretty obvious that you’re not going to go down without a struggle.

Instead, drink a cup of herbal tea, or simply drink less caffeine during the day to help regulate your sleep patterns.
